Senior Technical Recruiter

Lead end-to-end, high-volume technical recruiting across the Engineering org, while occasionally supporting business roles in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Partnerships. Own complex searches (15–20 at a time), drive hiring velocity and a data-informed candidate experience, and partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategy. Proactively source talent, build pipelines, and represent the company at in-person recruiting events to strengthen employer brand and inclusion.
