Key Responsibilities

•Partner with business unit leaders and senior engineering stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and technical direction.
•Provide broad-based leadership across design and manufacturing domains to deliver robust, scalable engineering solutions.
•Leverage domain expertise across PCB design, motion control systems, software, firmware, high-voltage systems, and RF technologies.
•Lead complex technical problem-solving initiatives across cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

•Strong experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
