Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary internal advocate for Merchant Services across Retail, Business, Commercial, Middle Market, Specialty, HOA, Venture, Media & Entertainment, Private Banking, and Treasury Management.
  • •Develop and deliver merchant services enablement including training, sales presentations, banker workshops, webinars, sales tools, success stories, and marketing campaigns.
  • •Act as a day-to-day liaison between the Bank and vendor sales leadership; onboard and educate vendor representatives and coordinate joint calling and portfolio reviews.
  • •Partner with relationship managers and Treasury Management to identify opportunities in client portfolios, develop targeted sales campaigns, and track pipeline, conversion, activation, and performance KPIs.
  • •Serve as the primary escalation resource for bankers when merchant services issues affect the broader banking relationship, coordinating with vendor and internal teams to resolve and escalate trends as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, economics, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in merchant acquiring, payments, treasury management, commercial banking, financial services sales, sales enablement, or related experience.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of merchant acquiring and payment acceptance, including card-present, ecommerce, omnichannel, and integrated payment solutions.
  • •Ability to develop trusted relationships with bankers, sales professionals, partners, and senior stakeholders.
  • •Experience managing complex sales opportunities with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including strong organizational and escalation management skills.
