Job Summary

Own cargo revenue for a regional route portfolio by leading Revenue Analysts to optimize freighter, belly, and RFS utilization. Partner with Network Planning, Commercial, Operations, and Pricing to align actions with strategy, validate RM strategies via KPIs and Entry Conditions, and manage capacity, demand steering, and disruption recovery. Drive RM system rollout and refine revenue management frameworks, reporting performance for monthly business reviews and ongoing departmental steering.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a team of Revenue Analysts for a regional portfolio of routes.
•Monitor portfolio KPIs (LF, SCB) and drive continuous improvement.
•Validate Entry Conditions with analysts before flight openings and monitor booking trends post-launch.
•Oversee capacity utilization and overall contribution, including allocation strategy, demand steering, and disruption recovery.
•Lead RM system rollout (training/adoption) and support departmental initiatives and reporting with Analytics.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, or another numerate discipline, or equivalent professional experience in Inventory or Revenue Management.
•Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the airline industry, with at least 3 years ideally in Cargo Revenue Management.
