Insider Threat Analyst

Serve as the front line of insider threat detection for the Insider Threat team within Security Operations. Triage and analyze alerts across SIEM, UBA, DLP, and endpoint detection systems, support end-to-end investigations with evidence collection and interviews, and partner with Security, Legal, HR, and business stakeholders. Produce decision-ready investigative reports, assess risk, and continually improve detection through refined alerting logic and scalable controls to reduce insider risk.
