Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute and facilitate in-person and virtual learning experiences for ES in Korea, focusing on the Discovering Salesforce (DSF) new hire program.
  • •Provide translation and localization support (English/Korean and/or Japanese/Korean) for ES employee learning and onboarding content.
  • •Manage end-to-end program logistics including room setup, catering and swag, expense tracking, and attendee support.
  • •Maintain proactive stakeholder management with local/regional ES teams, hiring managers, and new hires through week one.
  • •Oversee DSF coordination from pre-hire to week one (e.g., calendar invites, Q&A support, data collection/analysis, and travel support as needed).

Key Requirements

  • •Bilingual in Korean + English or Korean + Japanese.
  • •3+ years of experience in event management or program coordination.
  • •Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Preferred: experience in employee learning, onboarding, or HR event planning.
