Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage new implementations and enhancements for existing customers, guiding integration design through launch.
  • •Provide pre-sales technical support and serve as the primary point of contact for merchants’ technical teams.
  • •Develop scalable, robust merchant integration solutions and ensure adherence to payment best practices.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Managers, Product, and Engineering to deliver seamless merchant experiences.
