Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and deliver end-to-end features across the system, translating high-level guidance into high-quality implementation.
  • •Work on every component of the platform to improve the product for customers and optimize scalability.
  • •Collaborate across frontend, backend, databases, and queues to ship features quickly while maintaining quality.
  • •Build AI-enabled workflows, high-volume data pipelines, and embedded BI tools as needed to help customers win in AI search.
  • •Engage with customers via Slack channels to gather feedback and iterate on features based on real-world use.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 220,000 annually
Equity and Bonus:Equity

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in web development with a strong track record across frontend and backend systems
  • •Broad experience across the stack (frontend, backend, databases, queues) and ability to turn high-level guidance into end-to-end features
  • •Familiarity with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) and comfort shipping rapidly while maintaining quality
  • •Proven ability to build products from 0→1 and contribute across multiple areas of the stack
  • •Experience with Django, PostgreSQL, Python, and React
