Internship: Change Program Support (Master, non-thesis)

Support Philips Change Program and capability initiatives in a hands-on internship. Assist cross-functional teams with project coordination, data analysis, and documentation to enable smoother transitions and capability building. Work closely with program managers to track milestones, prepare materials, and support stakeholder communications, while gaining exposure to change management methodologies within a global tech company.
