Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair and maintain resort plumbing works, including boilers, pipe line leaks, drainage blockages, hydrants, and lodge issues.
  • •Demonstrate leadership and communicate effectively with other departments in a team environment.
  • •Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained during PPM and reactive maintenance.
  • •Monitor minimum material stock levels and liaison with Stores to meet planned programme dates.
  • •Prepare and track PRs for materials/equipment, handle daily maintenance requests, and maintain technical reports and records.

Key Requirements

  • •Willing to learn and be skilled to perform the job of a Plumber.
  • •Able to understand and read drawings and specifications of A/C Electric/Plumbing Systems.
  • •Conversant with “Targets and PPM Systems” and knowledgeable in MEP systems, with hands-on capability.
  • •Experience in the Hospitality sector and Facilities department in a resort environment (preferably five star).
  • •Basic communication and writing skills in English (additional languages preferable).
