Job Summary

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to drive growth across property management, hospitality, and facilities management. Build client and stakeholder relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and represent the company in Arabic-speaking meetings. Coordinate with internal teams to design and price tailored solutions, lead costing and value-based proposals, and negotiate contract terms with Finance and Legal oversight. Track KPIs, manage pipelines, and support ESG and HSE compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and pursue new business opportunities in property management, hospitality, and facilities management.
•Conduct market and competitor analysis to support growth strategies.
•Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders, and advise on suitable solutions.
•Collaborate with internal teams to develop and price tailored solutions, including costing and value-based proposals.
•Lead commercial negotiations and contract finalization, coordinating with Finance and Legal, and track KPIs/pipeline performance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Hospitality, or a related field.
•Minimum 5 years of business development experience in the service industry, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
•Experience in property management, facilities management, or hospitality.
•Exposure to tendering and government or semi-government contracts.
•Fluent Arabic (mandatory) and fluent English.
