Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and pursue new business opportunities in property management, hospitality, and facilities management.
  • •Conduct market and competitor analysis to support growth strategies.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders, and advise on suitable solutions.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams to develop and price tailored solutions, including costing and value-based proposals.
  • •Lead commercial negotiations and contract finalization, coordinating with Finance and Legal, and track KPIs/pipeline performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of business development experience in the service industry, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
  • •Experience in property management, facilities management, or hospitality.
  • •Exposure to tendering and government or semi-government contracts.
  • •Fluent Arabic (mandatory) and fluent English.
