Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide premier client service by building relationships with the Investment Advisor and third parties and resolving complex issues/queries.
  • •Complete accounting activities including complex accounts preparation/review under GAAP/IFRS and bookkeeping/cash management.
  • •Maintain investment and portfolio records, including processing purchases/disposals, recording income, revising quarterly valuations, and handling complex transaction restructurings.
  • •Calculate investor call/distribution amounts, liaise with clients/investors and financial institutions for receipt/payment, and maintain related accounting records.
  • •Own team administration such as monitoring mailboxes, supporting training, rotating tasks, and performing reviews of junior team members work.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold an accounting qualification (ACA or ACCA preferred) and be familiar with UK, US, and Lux GAAPs (partially-qualified and 2+ years of relevant experience considered).
  • •Understand Guernsey Company/POI/Partnership laws and keep up to date with applicable legal developments.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills, with confidence communicating directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to set priorities and manage deadlines.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel) and knowledge of Investran is advantageous.
