Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and improve metrics reflecting product performance, service quality, and operational efficiency
  • •Analyze client behavior and service processes to identify trends, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and drivers of performance
  • •Work on problems related to attrition / churn, customer behavior, operational effectiveness, and service improvement
  • •Collect data from multiple sources and ensure its quality, accuracy, and completeness
  • •Create visualizations, reports, and presentations for stakeholders

Key Requirements
