Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues with the General/Store Manager to escalate gaps
  • •Support key operational functions: shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards on the sales floor and strong stockroom standards and processes
  • •Use reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to support store operations
