Job Summary

Provide HR support across the organization with responsibility for performance management, organizational and employee development, compensation, staffing and employee relations. Lead HR strategy and tactical plans to support business initiatives, advise on workforce/talent management, mitigate HR risk, and drive high-impact HR programs in a fast-paced medical device environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain strong partnerships with management to generate value-added services to maximize HR contribution to the organization.
•Recommend and implement HR strategic and tactical plans to support the obtainment of business goals and employee engagement initiatives.
•Support organizational change initiatives and assist in driving change initiatives into the operations.
•Consult with management on people and organizational issues.
•Interface between legal, federal, state and local government representatives and ZOLL on issues involving employees.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
•10+ years of industry experience, medical device experience required
•Strong working knowledge of federal/state employment laws and a solid understanding of general HR practices, laws and regulations
•Excellent communication (oral, written, presentation and facilitation) skills
•Ability to influence, negotiate, coach managers and employees, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
