  • •Support the development and execution of the strategic vision, innovation roadmap, and growth strategy for the pharmaceutical portfolio.
  • •Lead long-term product and technology roadmaps for assigned biopharma platforms.
  • •Evaluate market trends, customer needs, competitive intelligence, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
  • •Partner with RD&A teams to prioritize innovation programs and product enhancement initiatives.
  • •Serve as biopharma subject matter expert and technical escalation resource for complex customer and application challenges, including guidance on biologics, vaccines, CGT, sterile injectables, and formulation issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or PhD in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related.
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in biopharmaceutical development, including drug product development and biologics/vaccines/CGT.
  • •Strong understanding of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes for biologics, vaccines, CGTs, and sterile injectable products.
  • •Experience supporting formulation development, process development, technical applications, or customer-facing scientific activities.
  • •Demonstrated ability to connect scientific and commercial perspectives to drive business growth.
