Lead the development and execution of the strategic vision for a biopharma portfolio, driving innovation roadmaps and long-term technology plans. Assess market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities, support business planning (including partnership and M&A analysis), and develop commercialization plans. Serve as a biopharma subject-matter expert across biologics, vaccines, CGT, sterile injectables, and formulation challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate launches.
