Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze problems by gathering information, diagnose, decide on the initial approach and execute with limited supervision
  • •Hand over problems to 2nd line support, document and package all data relevant for resolution
  • •Install equipment at customer locations, unload components, inspect for damage, assemble, align and test
  • •Execute hardware upgrade and system setup/recovery following an up-to-date plan and improve cycle time and performance
  • •Communicate procedures and provide training to users; share knowledge within the team

Key Requirements

  • •Flexibility to accommodate various work settings, locations and interactions with different colleagues
  • •BSc degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • •Experience in technical industry; semiconductor industry experience preferred
  • •Experience in using computer applications, including data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software
  • •(UIR Engineer) practical, hands-on hardware/installation experience
