Production Operator (Vadodara, GJ, IN, 391775)

Oversee daily production shift operations by ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and achieving Goal Zero targets. Manage production line activities through equipment upkeep, manpower oversight, and adherence to SOPs, QMS, EMS, and GMP standards. Support on-time delivery by following production planning and delivery schedules, maintaining process parameters for defect-free output, and improving KPIs through scrap/off-spec reduction, changeovers, lean initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.
