Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure each shift operates in compliance with HSE regulations and supports the Goal Zero target.
  • •Oversee production line operations by maintaining equipment and managing assigned manpower to meet quality, quantity, and delivery requirements.
  • •Execute process orders and verify adherence to SOPs, while completing grade line tasks on time.
  • •Follow process parameters to produce defect-free product and maintain compliance with QMS, EMS, and GMP standards.
  • •Support KPI improvements by reducing scrap/off spec generation, changeover time, and process downtime; perform production changeovers and contribute to lean/value enhancement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Plastic Technology or Plastic Processing & Testing, or an ITI in Plastic Processing Operator.
  • •2–5 years of experience with a diploma or 5–7 years with ITI in the plastics industry (color masterbatch and compounding preferred).
  • •Knowledge of extruder operations, troubleshooting, and basic plastic processing testing.
  • •Awareness of color corrections and adjustments.
  • •Hands-on experience with feeders operations and related corrections.
