Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and manage T&A equipment in the Assembly and Test Shop.
  • •Create manufacturing order routing and ensure procedures required to support the production process.
  • •Prepare rework routing under NCR and provide work instructions and/or appropriate procedures.
  • •Establish standard cycle time for manufacturing processes and monitor actual achievement.
  • •Prepare tooling, coordinate problem-solving for tooling/fixture test equipment, and perform statistical reporting on manufacturing performance. Pressurize test equipment procedure 705 implementation (tracking, inspection, maintenance, quarantine, storage, preservation).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Material Engineering.
  • •Knowledge in mechanical engineering.
  • •Experience with Lean Manufacturing (preferred).
  • •Experience in Oil & Gas manufacturing such as X-mass Tree/Subsea X-mass Tree (preferred).
  • •Understanding of Test & Assembly processes (FAT, eFAT, SIT, SRT) and pressure test equipment (preferred).
