Job Summary

Drive a cement tanker to supply terminals to pick up product, then return to designated plants for unloading. Operate the truck safely on highways and in yard areas, inspect the truck and bulker trailer each day, and keep accurate delivery records and daily logs. Load and unload materials, assist with cement spill cleanup, clean the equipment between runs, and perform minor servicing or maintenance while following DOT and company safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the cement tanker to supply terminals and return to designated plants for unloading.
•Operate the truck safely on public highways, roads, and in yard areas to deliver materials.
•Inspect the truck and bulker trailer at the start and end of each workday and complete the driver check-off sheet.
•Maintain accurate delivery records and required daily vehicle logs.
•Load and unload materials safely, including assembling loading/unloading tubes, cleaning equipment, and assisting with spill cleanup.

Key Requirements

•Maintain a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License with Tanker Endorsement.
•Maintain a valid DOT Medical Certificate and meet eligibility requirements for interstate commercial driving.
•Be 21 years of age or older and pass pre-employment drug screening and a criminal background check.
•Have 1–2 years of Class A CDL driving experience and/or training (or equivalent combination).
•Follow safety requirements and complete daily truck inspections, records, and logs.
