Job Summary

Lead end-to-end backend design for the Diagnostics team, powering ingestion, pipelines, ClickHouse storage/query, and the Unity Dashboard surfaces used by game developers. Key Requirements

•Production experience with Go in high-throughput services, with comfort across backend areas like ingestion, pipelines, storage, and OLAP/columnar querying.
•Demonstrated senior-level judgment through cross-cutting design leadership, raising engineering quality, and mentoring peers/ICs.
•Hands-on fluency with agentic AI workflows: used coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor agent mode, Gemini CLI), formed trade-off opinions, and built robust prompts/harnesses.
•Experience designing for and querying NoSQL or OLAP/columnar data stores (ClickHouse is a plus) and understanding end-to-end data pipelines.
•Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams and time zones.
