Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and direct EH&S and assigned staff to implement EH&S management systems aligned with the Global program.
  • •Provide program management for the health and safety function for RD&E operations in California and Oregon.
  • •Ensure compliance with EH&S-related legislation and regulations, including safety, fire, and building codes, and maintain required record keeping and reporting.
  • •Lead EH&S auditing and performance monitoring (audits, inspections, management reviews) and prepare updates for senior leadership.
  • •Oversee investigations of EH&S incidents, drive corrective actions, manage contractor safety support, and support emergency preparedness and response.

Key Requirements

  • •8-15+ years of EHS experience with leadership responsibilities.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.

  • •Strong analytical, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
