Job Summary

Lead the LAC Merchant Support team responsible for supporting Acceptance Solutions products across Latin America and the Caribbean. Own performance for issue resolution at support levels 1 and 2 for merchants and partners, and partner with level 3 teams to ensure strong client experience. Drive operational excellence, improve efficiency, manage and develop employees, and serve as primary internal point of contact across support, sales, and product teams. Hybrid role in Bogota with English and Spanish requirements.

•Minimum 5+ years of management experience in a customer service/contact center environment.
•Considerable knowledge of customer service/contact center principles, practices, and procedures.
•Proven ability to coach, mentor, and manage leaders and customer support representatives.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation, and problem-solving/multi-tasking ability.
