Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in person and over the phone to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and offer related products such as deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations while leveraging leads, walk-ins, and professional contacts.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to drive client acquisition and deepen existing relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documenting client interactions; support branch operations and teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years building customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience is more important than financial services experience.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfort interacting with small business clients and using fact-finding questions to identify needs (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web).
