Job Summary

Own product operations for Auth0’s Product leadership team by leading cross-functional programs, project management, and operational cadences. Build scalable learning, enablement, and onboarding for the Product organization, and drive cohesion across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Enablement. Administer and govern core product tooling, track and optimize performance metrics, and use AI/LLMs to automate repetitive workflows and reduce manual overhead.

•Lead cross-functional strategic programs and provide program management for major product initiatives, ensuring alignment and on-time delivery.
•Develop and maintain onboarding and continuous learning programs for the Product organization, using feedback and metrics to keep content relevant.
•Drive product org communications and cadences, including newsletters, weekly meetings, and org all hands.
•Foster operational excellence by building documentation and enablement materials; track performance metrics, gather feedback, and implement process improvements.
•Administer and govern core product tooling end-to-end and proactively automate repetitive administrative tasks using modern AI tooling and LLMs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 124,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a related function in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
•Hands-on experience with SaaS product tools such as Jira, Pendo, and Heap (or comparable AI and analytics platforms).
•Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
•Ability to use AI platforms to build automated processes, conduct rapid data analysis, and refine operational workflows to reduce manual overhead.
•Strong command of collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Confluence, Google, Lucid Chart, Slack) and a track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
