Job Summary

Enablement leader for the Snowflake Solutions Engineering team in EMEA, responsible for accelerating field capability through structured programs and in-the-moment performance support. You’ll diagnose skill gaps, curate enablement content, design activation experiences, and align with Product, Field, and Leadership to drive business outcomes and scale enablement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the strategic enablement partner for SE leadership, diagnosing skill gaps tied to business outcomes, prescribing targeted interventions, and measuring whether capability actually changed
•Curate and quality-gate enablement content: validate AI outputs for accuracy and audience fit, maintain a source of truth for your domains, and feed evidence-based quality signals back to PM and PMM
•Diagnose field needs through signals, then classify and prioritize gaps with data
•Design activation experiences, picking the right modality, and measuring behavior change; this requires technical building skills
•Act as the connector between Product, Field, Leadership, and the Learner; manage intake, build targeted technical content, and align to release cadence

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree
•A minimum of 7 years of related experience with a focus on enterprise software, solution engineering, and enablement in the data space
•Exceptional business, technical, and sales acumen
•Deep technical expertise in skills database OLAP/OLTP, SQL, and/or Python
•Experience in designing, building, and delivering enablement programs
