Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide local technical leadership for the management and oversight of complex demolition projects with multiple subcontractors and discipline professionals.
  • •Plan and execute regulated material removal, decommissioning, demolition, and waste management in line with client objectives.
  • •Examine and interpret construction plans, schedules, and quantities to support site inspection and quantity verification; conduct waste staging area inspections and material sampling/testing support.
  • •Verify work is performed safely and in accordance with project plans and specifications; develop project schedules, objectives, and documentation.
  • •Generate periodic progress reports across multiple sites and review contractor/consultant reports to anticipate risks to project objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering, construction management, or a closely related discipline.
  • •3+ years of demolition oversight experience, including regulated materials abatement, waste management, and dismantling for commercial and/or industrial facilities.
  • •Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical specifications, permit requirements, test data, schedules, and budgets.
  • •Familiar with relevant environmental and construction laws, regulations, compliance practices, and record-keeping requirements.
  • •Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences and ability to work independently and with a team.
