Job Summary

Own PR and communications for the Burson India brand by leading integrated 360° marketing and outreach initiatives. Plan and execute brand strategy across earned, paid, digital, and thought leadership channels, manage end-to-end media relations, and coordinate executive visibility and leadership visits. Oversee content/collateral production and promotional activity, implement marketing calendars for events/awards/sponsorships, and support new business processes while ensuring compliance and budget control.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead outreach initiatives and support reputation management to drive business growth.
•Develop and execute integrated marketing strategy across earned media, paid media, digital, social media, and thought leadership.
•Manage end-to-end media relations, including securing thought leadership placements, executive interviews, industry quotes, and press releases.
•Lead creation and publication of marketing materials, overseeing copywriting, design, layout, and production in line with messaging and plans.
•Implement marketing calendars for events, awards, speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and partnerships, and oversee compliance and budget tracking.

Key Requirements

•Graduate or postgraduate in any stream, or a professional qualification, in public relations or marketing communications.
•6-7 years of experience handling media relations in a PR agency, with a strong network of media outlets and reporters.
•Strong familiarity with how Generative AI tools are used across communications programs, including planning, research, ideation, content creation, and day-to-day operations.
•Ability to contribute to developing and executing annual integrated marketing strategy, including defining objectives and messaging across plans.
•Organized approach with excellent time-management; creative thinking and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
