Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate accurate and timely recording of project costs (materials, timesheets, labor hour allocation, daily reports).
  • •Initiate invoicing for completed work and prepare payroll documentation, including managing technician applied/unapplied time.
  • •Generate, interpret, and print assigned reports and validate cost-to-date while reconciling project data in business systems.
  • •Monitor invoicing and accounts receivable status, investigate and help resolve billing disputes with internal teams and customers.
  • •Manage the invoicing process (format/layout/attachments/mailing) and coordinate with Project Managers, HVAC field technicians, customers, and Trane claims to resolve obstacles.
