Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise day-to-day operations in line with SOPs, holding associates accountable for safety, quality, and productivity.
  • •Coordinate shift activities within the fulfillment center to ensure DC procedures, efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
  • •Ensure compliance with company and federally mandated regulations, including Safety, OSHA, HazMat, and DOT.
  • •Train and develop shift personnel, conduct performance reviews, and implement corrective actions and performance improvement plans.
  • •Monitor production and personnel statistics and lead fulfillment special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, business, operations, or a related field, or 2 years of managerial experience leading teams.
  • •Prior experience in warehousing, 3PL, distribution, or manufacturing is preferred.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve daily operational issues.
  • •Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Knowledge of WMS is desired; ability to maintain a positive attitude while multitasking, coaching, and mentoring in a fast-paced environment.
