Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day PMO operations across multiple programs, projects, and portfolios for the healthcare customer.
  • •Establish and maintain standardized PMO governance, processes, templates, controls, and reporting mechanisms.
  • •Act as PMO tooling lead and Planview SME, defining standards, data structures, workflows, dashboards, and ensuring data quality and adoption.
  • •Own consolidated portfolio reporting and executive dashboards, including portfolio health, delivery status, risks/issues/dependencies, and financial/resource tracking.
  • •Partner with stakeholders to drive portfolio-level resource and financial governance, facilitate reviews, and present insights, recommendations, and decisions to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of overall experience with significant PMO, portfolio management, program governance, or related roles.
  • •Healthcare domain experience is mandatory, including familiarity with regulated healthcare program/portfolio complexities.
  • •5+ years of hands-on Planview experience in a PMO/portfolio management environment.
  • •8+ years of experience providing cross-portfolio PMO support across multiple programs and projects.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with executive dashboard/reporting experience (Power BI desirable).
