Lead and manage a Cincinnati-based Decimal franchise as Principal, owning client delivery, firm operations, and growth. You’ll oversee finances, compliance, and payroll, shape local strategy, and build relationships with clients and partners. You’ll lead Accounting Managers, sign off on complex engagements, and guide adoption of cloud accounting tools within a scalable practice.
