Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end vendor onboarding process for shared services, ensuring accurate, timely documentation collection and compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop the vendor onboarding team, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
•Oversee end-to-end onboarding operations to ensure timely completion of requests and adherence to service level expectations.
•Establish and refine standardized onboarding processes, policies, and procedures to drive consistency and scalability.
•Monitor service performance and quality, identify trends and root causes, and lead process improvement initiatives to reduce errors and cycle times.
•Maintain data integrity and compliance with internal controls and policies; support system enhancements and act as an escalation point for complex issues.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
•5+ years in Shared Services, Finance Operations, Vendor Management, or related environment.
•2+ years in a people leadership or supervisory role.
•Strong experience with process improvement, standardization, and operational scaling.
•Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA), case management or ticketing tools, and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
