Job Summary

Design, implement, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and WAN connectivity. Maintain and improve Cisco Nexus/Catalyst environments, manage circuit provisioning and DWDM deployments, and strengthen network security controls. Produce network documentation and migration runbooks, automate workflows using Python/Ansible/Terraform and IaC, and troubleshoot complex issues through root-cause analysis. Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, and business teams in a 24x7 environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and WAN connectivity.
•Manage and support circuit provisioning, ordering, and DWDM deployments.
•Maintain and optimize Cisco Nexus 7000 and Cisco 6500 (and related) network environments.
•Create network documentation, connectivity maps, and migration runbooks.
•Develop automation solutions using scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code tools, and maintain network security controls while troubleshooting complex issues and providing technical leadership.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in network engineering, infrastructure design, and network operations in enterprise networking environments.
•Expertise in TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and QoS technologies.
•Hands-on experience with Cisco networking platforms, including Nexus and Catalyst environments.
•Experience with network security solutions and industry security best practices.
•Proficiency in network automation and scripting using Python, Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools.
