Job Summary

Serve as a trusted technical advisor on an enterprise account team, showcasing Cisco solutions through demonstrations and designing/configuring offerings to meet customer needs. Align Cisco Services, Solutions, and Architectures to customer challenges to support the Cisco architectural vision and business outcomes. Collaborate with Account Managers, Technical Architects, and fellow SEs to deliver solution and architectural perspectives across the Cisco portfolio, including financial services use cases.

•Work with an enterprise account team in a pre-sales technical role, demonstrating Cisco solutions and explaining features/benefits.
•Design and configure products to meet specific customer needs and support solution architecture.
•Align opportunities with customer challenges and priorities to demonstrate the business value of Cisco Services, Solutions, and Architectures.
•Collaborate with Account Managers, Technical Architects, and other SEs to present solutions and support architecture development across the Cisco product portfolio.
•Keep up-to-date on competitors’ solutions and assist with development of sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of related experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or client-facing consulting roles.
•Cisco product experience or relevant experience with key competitor offerings.

•Bachelor’s degree (preferably Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related) or equivalent experience.
•Professional certifications (e.g., CCIE, CCNP) are highly desirable.
