Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and integrate business-critical SaaS systems (CRM, support, billing, collaboration tools) and design reliable workflows and data synchronization across platforms.
  • •Build internal automation systems by writing code for scripts, services, CLI tools, event-driven pipelines, and ChatOps integrations.
  • •Design and implement API-driven SaaS integrations across business systems, including CRM automation and syncing customer/billing/product usage data.
  • •Provide ultimate IT support for a global remote workforce with root-cause analysis and a person-first service philosophy.
  • •Implement and operate security and compliance practices, including endpoint security, Mobile Device Management (JumpCloud), access audits, Zero Trust architecture, and ISO/SOC/GDPR adherence.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in IT/Systems/Business Systems/Platform Engineering, including 3+ years in a senior role owning internal business systems and automation at a SaaS/tech company.
  • •Strong scripting and programming ability in Python, Go, Bash, and Node.js.
  • •Solid operating experience with GCP and AWS (VPCs, IAM roles, EC2/S3).
  • •Experience building API-driven integrations (REST/GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks, SaaS SDKs/integration frameworks).
  • •Deep knowledge of macOS and Linux, plus experience with identity/security (SSO/SAML/SCIM, Zero Trust) and security/compliance audits (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR).
