Job Summary

The Associate Managing Consultant supports Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services by strengthening and scaling the Program Management capability across quality, resourcing, financials, and governance. You’ll enable effective decision-making, standardized processes, and continuous improvement, while delivering portfolio insights and governance materials for leadership across multiple client programs and industries.

Key Responsibilities

•Support Program Management leadership with portfolio-level insights across quality, resourcing, financial performance, and delivery health.
•Assist in shaping and maintaining standards, frameworks, and governance processes that improve consistency and effectiveness across programs.
•Contribute to scoping, opportunity shaping, and revenue diligence activities by preparing inputs, analysis, and supporting materials for leadership review.
•Track and consolidate risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints across the portfolio, highlighting trends and areas requiring leadership attention.
•Support the preparation of internal reporting and executive updates by synthesising data into clear, concise, and decision-ready outputs.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree with work experience in project management and change management methodologies and techniques.
•4-6 years of Project Management experience.
•Exposure to financial institutions, payments, and/or consultancies.
•Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders.
•Ability to travel to client sites on a semi-regular basis.
