Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain ownership of assigned CAO Elite customer accounts and act as a trusted advisor to support customer satisfaction.
  • •Perform tailored threat hunting, research dark web data, and conduct threat intelligence research aligned to customer requirements.
  • •Prepare and deliver recurring customer presentations for intelligence reports, dark web alerts, and threat hunting findings.
  • •Respond to customer ad hoc requests for threat intelligence, threat hunting, and dark web monitoring support.
  • •Contribute as you grow by improving the threat hunting service, developing specialized intelligence knowledge, and collaborating with other teams.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in two (or more) of: incident response/security operations, threat hunting, cyber threat intelligence, or dark web monitoring.
  • •Ability to communicate both executive-level and detailed findings to clients, with strong organizational skills.
  • •Background presenting, briefing, and delivering reports to stakeholders up to executives.
  • •Experience conducting threat hunting or managing incident response, including investigating targeted threats such as APTs and organized crime.
  • •Knowledge of cyber threat intelligence terminology and data communication concepts/technologies.
