Job Summary

Embed with Zip’s most strategic enterprise customers to uncover high-ROI procurement and adjacent workflow problems. Build and deploy tailored AI agent solutions using Zip’s AppStudio and AI infrastructure, configured to each customer’s environment and data. Own a small portfolio end-to-end—managing relationships, multiple workstreams, delivery, and stakeholder trust—while producing architecture documentation and feeding learnings back to product and engineering to make the platform more repeatable.

Key Responsibilities

•Embed with enterprise customers to understand procurement and adjacent workflows, including where decisions break down.
•Build and deploy AI agent solutions using Zip’s AppStudio and AI infrastructure configured to customer data and environments.
•Own customer relationships and manage parallel workstreams across a small portfolio of accounts to keep delivery on track.
•Identify the next problem worth solving before customers articulate it, tying discoveries to contract value expansion.
•Produce architecture documentation and feed structured learnings back to product and engineering to improve platform repeatability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years working directly with SAP Ariba.
•Direct experience building AI agents or automated workflows using Claude, N8N, Make, Zapier, or similar.
•Experience owning complex customer engagements independently, from scoping through delivery, focused on outcomes.
•Technical fluency to build integrations, read API documentation, and diagnose workflow failures without an engineer on call.
