Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with enterprise customers to understand procurement and adjacent workflows, including where decisions break down.
  • •Build and deploy AI agent solutions using Zip’s AppStudio and AI infrastructure configured to customer data and environments.
  • •Own customer relationships and manage parallel workstreams across a small portfolio of accounts to keep delivery on track.
  • •Identify the next problem worth solving before customers articulate it, tying discoveries to contract value expansion.
  • •Produce architecture documentation and feed structured learnings back to product and engineering to improve platform repeatability.

Key Requirements
