Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure successful execution of the aligned supply plan and master production schedule in coordination with Network Planning and local stakeholders.
  • •Drive inventory accuracy (support DOH), freight performance, and delivery performance (NSOTP, OTTR, OTD), ensuring timely material delivery to production.
  • •Administer the MRO purchasing function according to SCM standards and accounting/purchasing principles while maintaining compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
  • •Lead warehouse and logistics optimization projects with GPO and internal entities, and establish standard practices and learning plans for teams.
  • •Run annual inventory counts and regular cycle counts, support OPS/SCM audits, and use ADKAR to enable process transitions and adoption of new tools/processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience with warehouse and logistics operations, including inventory accuracy and delivery performance metrics (NSOTP, OTTR, OTD).
  • •Knowledge of SAP Logistics Management and the principles of MRP and ERP discipline.
  • •Ability to administer MRO purchasing function according to SCM standards and purchasing/accounting principles, including Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
  • •Leadership mindset with high accountability, strong change-management capability, and experience using CI practices.
