Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the CFO by managing GBE/Regional finance operations and providing financial insights on ISC conversion costs and inventory.
  • •Drive the Annual Standard Costing process, including governance and in-year standard costing and audit walkthroughs.
  • •Partner on planning and forecasting for ISC costs (AOP, forecasts, monthly estimates) with business and ISC finance leads.
  • •Perform cost management and variance analysis (e.g., conversion costs, PPV, absorption, efficiency analytics) to identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Manage reporting, accrual guidance, recurring operational deliverables, and stakeholder reviews; implement standardized and automated financial processes and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant or a Master’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration, with 6+ years of overall finance experience.
  • •Experience partnering with Corporate Finance and functional leaders to manage financial targets for the function.
  • •Experience with Tableau, BI, and Alteryx for financial reporting and analytics.
  • •Knowledge of ERP/reporting systems including SAP, Oracle, Essbase, HANA/BW, and Hyperion.
  • •Strong analytical, influencing, and proactive cross-functional collaboration skills.
