Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests, present menus, explain specials/promotions, take accurate orders, and ensure timely delivery with presentation and order accuracy.
  • •Support daily outlet operations: briefings, mise-en-place, station setup, clearance/resetting, opening/closing duties, and assistance with events as needed.
  • •Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of menus, allergens, beverages, and seasonal offers to confidently recommend and handle dietary requirements.
  • •Follow hygiene & safety standards, including safe handling of food/serviceware, prompt spill cleanup, waste disposal, and reporting hazards/incidents.
  • •Use consistent upselling and suggestive selling techniques and record items correctly on the POS to protect outlet revenue.

Key Requirements
