Key Responsibilities

  • •Own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting related to freight, logistics, and Member Support.
  • •Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Member Support to track performance and prepare variance analysis (monthly, quarterly, YTD).
  • •Collaborate with Accounting on freight/logistics estimates for accruals and detailed COGS analysis for reporting and decisions.
  • •Own Connected Fitness margin bridge analysis and narrative, presenting monthly to the CFO and VP of FP&A.
  • •Monitor and analyze cost trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support ad-hoc analyses and process streamlining.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A / corporate finance.
  • •Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, accounting, or mathematics (preferred).
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong financial modeling skills.
  • •Ability to draw insights from large data sets and communicate complex concepts to non-financial audiences.
