Senior Financial Analyst- FP&A

Support the India business unit as a key partner to local leadership within the FP&A team. Own planning and forecasting cycles, monthly/quarterly management reporting, and deep-dive variance analysis to surface risks and cost-optimization opportunities. Collaborate across teams on budgeting and procurement approvals, assist with month-end close activities, and use FP&A platforms and BI tools to automate reporting and deliver actionable insights, plus ad-hoc financial modeling for growth projects.
