Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and review monthly journal entries in SAP Promenta in line with close timelines
•Prepare and review monthly/quarterly account reconciliations with documented support independent of the GL
•Oversee day-to-day General Ledger operations including SAP maintenance, AOE refreshes, Corporate Edit checks, and FP&A/Production Finance reporting
•Manage the Blackline account reconciliation tool, including access, account grouping, training the offshore team, and validating BS/P&L impact
•Coordinate quarter-close deadlines and deliverables, support balance sheet variance commentary, and present quarterly summaries with Finance leadership

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
•Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial accounting standards
•4+ years accounting experience (2+ years public accounting preferred)
•Prior experience with global ERP systems (such as SAP)
•Advanced Excel skills (pivot, v-/x-lookups, Power Query) plus Word and PowerPoint; manage one direct report (Senior Accountant)
