Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Compensation and Benefits modules in a client-focused AMS setup.
  • •Configure compensation plans, salary components, bonus/incentive structures, and establish eligibility profiles and approval workflows.
  • •Manage merit, bonus, promotion, and adjustment processes; handle worksheets, budgets, guidelines, and validation rules.
  • •Design and support benefits lifecycle including enrollment, life events, rates, dependents, and open enrollment activities.
  • •Troubleshoot production issues, provide post-go-live support, and ensure integration with Core HR, Payroll, Absence, and Talent.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Compensation and Benefits modules.
  • •Strong AMS/production support experience with hands-on work in compensation cycles, salary planning, benefits enrollment and lifecycle management, and incident/service request handling.
  • •Experience with Fast Formulas (Compensation & Benefits) and integrations with Payroll, Core HR, Absence, and Talent.
  • •Ability to work independently in client-facing environments and configure/end-to-end support for Oracle Compensation & Benefits modules.
  • •Knowledge of year-end cycles, merit/bonus/promotion/adjustment processes, and design of plans, eligibility, workflows, worksheets, and budgets.
