Provide technical support on project management for the ADNOC Offshore program in Abu Dhabi, covering work from contract award through engineering, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and handover. Own delivery against HSE, quality, schedule, and cost objectives; develop EPC scope for tenders; prepare ADNOC Value Assurance Process gate deliverables; supervise an Integrated Project Management team and manage project engineering and contractor interface risks.

•Provide technical support on project management matters to ensure HSE, quality, schedule, and cost objectives are met
•Support delivery of all systems from design through handover, meeting project objectives across the project lifecycle
•Develop EPC scope of work, support EPC tendering, and prepare gate deliverables in accordance with ADNOC Value Assurance Process (VAP)
•Coordinate with the Project Manager and supervise the Integrated Project Management Team; manage the Project Engineering team and prioritize workload
•Ensure project compliance with HSE requirements, monitor contractor subcontracts and interfaces, and support contract administration and change order evaluations

•Knowledge of engineering computer programs and general business software, with ability to make independent decisions to solve complex problems
