Job Summary

Support Athene’s Independent Marketing Organization (IMO) channel by developing and executing integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen partner relationships, support product distribution, and increase advisor engagement. Partner with Sales, Product, Compliance, Operations, Analytics, and Creative teams to launch programs, conferences, and collateral. Manage multiple projects end-to-end, analyze performance, incorporate feedback, and recommend process improvements to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate day-to-day IMO channel marketing initiatives and provide responsive support to internal and external partners.
•Partner cross-functionally to develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives, product launches, advisor engagement programs, and onboarding materials.
•Build relationships with channel leaders and IMO partners to understand business priorities and identify distribution growth opportunities.
•Manage multiple marketing projects end-to-end by gathering requirements, coordinating resources, monitoring timelines, and addressing risks.
•Analyze marketing performance, incorporate partner feedback, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of marketing or financial services/insurance distribution-related experience.
•Proven success coordinating cross-functional marketing programs and managing multiple priorities.
•Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
•Ability to solve problems, influence without authority, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
