Job Summary

Join the store team on a casual basis as a Sales Associate and brand ambassador. You’ll drive individual and store sales targets through effective selling, up-selling, and excellent customer service. Share confident product knowledge, build customer loyalty by discussing new collection launches and capturing customer data, and support store operations including deliveries, merchandising, and operating the till for transactions, returns, and exchanges.

Key Responsibilities

•Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets using effective selling skills, including up-selling and increasing transaction value
•Answer customer queries and provide exemplary service while adapting your approach to customers’ needs
•Learn and share Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and deliver an unforgettable customer experience
•Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data
•Assist with product deliveries, merchandising, shop floor standards, and till operations for transactions, returns, and exchanges
