Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the SRE strategy to deliver high availability, scalability, and performance for mission-critical systems.
•Establish and enforce SLOs/SLIs and error budgets across product domains, and lead incident management including major incident response, RCA, and prevention planning.
•Design infrastructure automation and lifecycle operations using IaC, and build observability stacks using metrics, logs, traces, and alerts.
•Own and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, implementing progressive delivery patterns and quality gates with automated testing and rollback mechanisms.
•Build, lead, and mentor a team of vendor SRE engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, AI Platform, and Security to align reliability goals with business objectives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
•8+ years of software or systems engineering experience, including at least 3 years in an SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering leadership role.
•Proven experience operating large-scale, high-traffic production systems.
•Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AliCloud, AWS), Kubernetes/Helm, IaC (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi), and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog or equivalent).
•Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD), plus strong Linux/automation and understanding of networking, storage, and distributed systems.
